Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Really nice house in a nice neighborhood and great location, rural feeling, but very near center of egg Harbor. The house had plenty of space and could have easily fit a few more people than the five of us who were there for five days. There were no prior reviews so I assume this is a new rental and a few things can be added to make the place a bit more comfortable and usable. The kitchen supplies were adequate, but could be better. ( for example, cutting board, more bowls, some basic spices. There was a nice outdoor table for eight and very nice fire pit and chairs, but a comfortable lounge area on the back porch would be nice and fitting. We would come again, but would like to see some of the upgrades.

Lovely spot… could use some love

Overall this home is great- spacious, cool secluded location close to town, plenty of bedrooms. I wish we would have had time to use all the great outdoor amenities! Unfortunately, the kitchen specifically isn’t particularly well-equipped for preparing full meals for more than a couple people. The majority of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work (no obvious access to breaker box to check), and so the appliances we brought from home to cook with had to be plugged into one power strip and the coffee maker had to be moved to the living room (I guess convenient for morning lounging!). Also, ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge were broken and not hooked up, but the check-in email did specify this so it wasn’t unexpected- just inconvenient. The property owner was very responsive to an email about the outlets, but we didn’t really feel up to accessing the locked crawl space to check the breaker box.

Disappointing stay.This was an expensive property but did not live up to its price point.From the day of check in until our 4th and final day we were attempting to solve problems. Thus our time was spent communicating with the remote property managers remotely based in Florida. I suspect neither the management company nor the property owner inspected the home.The air conditioning was not operational from our first afternoon until our final day. There was an enormous hornets nest outside the entrance, making it impossible for us to use the fire pit and a patio for the first day.While we were able to establish frequent and reliablecommunication with the property management team it became difficult and fragmented via voice, text and email. Therefore, the problem with the air conditioner did not get reconciled until our last night. For the second to last evening, they brought in window based air conditioners, which were replaced on the second floor with the majority of the sleeping areas on the first floor so while it was a reasonable attempt to be helpful it didn’t rectify the problem.We reached out to the property management company and asked for compensation, but they’re only offering was about a 10% refund, which is the equivalent of their rebooking rate.After asking to be compensated, the property management company did not return subsequent communications.Otherwise, or stay was consistent with other reviews we read. Price point is high.
