Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Please have the air set at 72 degrees when you leave.
There will be baskets for the used towels and stripped linen. If you would please just fill the baskets with those items.
Please take all trash out. There is a designated trash area straight out from the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There should be no sand in the house. There is a hose in the garage and a water supply just outside of garage door to wash off person or items.

Incredible place!! Hunter was great with communication! Super easy check in and check out instructions! We would love to stay here again in the future! Plenty of room for all of us (family of 6). Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful balcony. All kitchen items needed were there and easy to find. Pool was also incredible! Great location!!

Fabulous stay in Berlin!!!

This property is very nice, spacious and clean. The views and grounds are awesome for walking . You might even see the turtles crossing the street. Everything is pretty much a ten minute commute (Walmart, DollarTree, OC City Boardwalk etc). I loved that the three floors of the house can be set at separate temperatures which was convenient for my elderly mother who like to stay warm. The owner provided everything in the kitchen that you can think of needing, which is great!! Plenty of towels and blankets. The host Hunter very attentive and responsive. There is an indoor/outdoor pool and exercise room available. The indoor pool was closed the week we rented but the weather was great most days so, it was a win. I would definitely suggest you go visit the Assateague Beach. It only 10 minutes away and you get to see wild horses. There is a fee for that beach of like 5 per person but, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves!!! I would definitely come back to stay here again.
