Great stay for our needs. The property was clean and had a good layout. We used it to house our team while attending the Tampa RV Show, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. It also has great potential for family stays, but for us, it was exactly what we needed.

The host was polite and responsive throughout our stay, which we appreciated.However, several issues impacted the experience. While the home appeared surface-clean upon arrival, it was not thoroughly detailed. There was visible hair and residue on the shower door ledge, buildup around the base of a toilet, and the interior of the refrigerator had not been cleaned from prior guests. Behind the wine cooler there was also visible spill residue once it was moved.Although we ultimately had 8 adults, 2 children, and a toddler staying, there were not enough towels, pillows, or bedding prepared. The pull-out couch listed as a sleeping space did not have bedding set out. We were given access to the linen closet and resolved it ourselves.The wine cooler was not working on arrival but turned on after switching outlets. The outdoor mini fridge also did not cool fully.The fourth bedroom (garage conversion) remained significantly colder than the rest of the home during nights in the 30s, even after adjusting the thermostat and leaving the door open as advised, which also removed privacy. The thermostat repeatedly reset into the upper 60s overnight and throughout the day.The property has strong potential, but the combination of cleaning, preparation, and temperature control issues impacted our stay. With stronger cleaning standards and proactive inspections, this home could definitely deliver a 5-star experience.
