We have stayed at this property before and always enjoy our time here. It is perfect for our mountain vacation. I would recommend this house for anyone wishing to experience Puerto Rican life in the mountains.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. The place is amazing and the land that it sits on is beautiful. The check in processes is easy and there is pretty much anything you would need in the house for amenities. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The property was beautiful and the house was spacious and comortable. Quiet getaway while enjoying local restaurants and eco tour. Melissa was a terrific host, very responsive and provided some excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This gives you another perspective to Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful area. The location was a distance from some of the attractions we wanted to see, so plan accordingly. Communication with the host was excellent!
Our family met for our vacation - the first 2 weeks of January in Angeles, Puerto Rico. We decided to stay in a more remote location that had access to the rest of the country and chose a small town in the middle of the county. We couldn’t have made a better choice to relax and decompress. Casa Serenidad was perfect for our needs. Set away from the road, on a working cattle ranch we had ample opportunities to see the local wildlife - Coqui Frogs, Toads, Birds & lizards. We really enjoyed exploring the mountain. We loved sitting on the porch reading and listening to nature. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are superb! German the Caretaker went above and beyond and Melissa, the host, was very helpful and forthcoming with information about the area. We are already planning to return! Thank you.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you all next year.
House is big and confortable. Only 3 usable bedrooms. The 4th bedroom doesn’t have windows nor ceiling fan. Impossible to sleep in it. No A/C’s at the house so windows and ceiling fans are needed. Mattresses are very soft. Very dated kitchen. Needs tender care to make it great.
Cows are really close to the house so you can smell cow poop when wind changes directions. Horses nor pond/small lake anywhere to be seen.
Nice hot water. We could only use two bathroom showers since the third one had a broken shower rod that wouldn’t stay in place.
Good location between Lares and downtown Utuado. We visited Lares, Utuado and Adjuntas during our 3 night stay. Caguana’s Indigenous park, Lares ice cream store and Coffee Museum as well as Adjuntas Casa Pueblo and Catholic Church are worth the trip.
I love the house. Big and very spacious. Very relaxing if you enjoy farm animals. But more than anything. I love the treatment we received by Don German. A very hard working man. His very helpful. He goes out off his way to make you feel like home and comfortable. If I come back to P.R. this will be my first choice.

Warmest regards,

Hermoso lugar para estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
Disfrutamos la tranquilidad del lugar. La carretera para llegar un poco peligrosa pero valió la pena. Madeline y German (encargados de la propiedad) son muy amables.
