Welcome to the Perch Lake Bungalow! Nestled in the scenic Bay of Perch Lake, this charming getaway is perfect for families and friends. Public landing nearby so you can easily bring your boat and explore Perch Lake! Lots to keep entertained from things for the kids to play with, hot-tub, and more - all centrally located in Baxter, MN where shopping and other entertainment options are a stones throw away. Featuring 2 bedrooms (two queen beds and one king bed) accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Unwind in the hot tub, sit on the deck to enjoy some grilling and amazing west facing sunsets. Kids will love the outdoor playhouse, sandbox, and a variety of outdoor toys, as well as fun books and games and some toys indoors. This cabin is perfect for families! Centrally located in Baxter, MN, you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. For those who enjoy hiking and exploring, the cabin is adjacent to the Paul Bunyan Trail, specifically the enchanting "Baxter Fairy Door" section. This family-friendly trail features delightful little houses built into the trees, where children can discover toys, storybook characters, and a mini library. Friendly goats right off the trail that love snacks from Memorial Day to Labor Day! Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the locked pantry area locked basement area and garage. The neighbors garage is behind the house and we kindly ask you to leave this area alone. All outdoor yard space is otherwise available for guests to use. *No parties or events *Use of hot tub at your own risk *Pet fee is 80, 1 pet limit *Use of kayaks, paddle boats or lake flotations at your own risk *Use of lake at your own risk *this house is protected with Decon pest preventative*security system cameras: one at front door, and one at hot tub and fire pit area.

This turned out to be a great property for our mother/daughter weekend. It was a nice little slice of heaven to relax and enjoy each others company in the cold weather. Close to town and had all the necessities onsite. The host was extremely accommodating when we had some health issues pop up last minute and allowed us to check in slightly earlier than planned. Very responsive to last minute change in plans! Giving 4 stars only because the age of the house and it being a little creaky, windows a little hard to open, etc (things that come with an older house) but was an overall nice place to stay!!

We enjoyed our time at the Perch lake bungalow as a family. It’s very family friendly and comfortable. Our 1yr old son enjoyed the provided toys. Communication from the host was great and everything was very clean. Close to trails and perfect location during the fall.

Such a fun place to stay! The hot tub was so great and the view was amazing. We used the flat top several times to cook and it was super fun! The Paul Bunyan Trail is right there. We took several walks with our dog. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome Relaxing Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay. Visiting family and attending concert at BIR. Accommodations and amenities as advertised just a beautiful place close to so many local attractions. Host very accommodating and great communications. Gave us a great recommendation on a local riding stable. Note if you're a fisherman or looking for swimming you will need your boat to access. Host does have kayaks to use when we stayed. More your RR location than beach fishing - quiet, peaceful, and pleasant. This will be a repeat location for us on our next family visit.
