Everything was perfect from location to amenities. Everything was clean and very modern. The pool was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in SPI.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Loved the fact that it was geared towards couples. For my husband and I specifically it was exactly what we were looking for. To be right in the middle of town if was actually extremely peaceful with a little music going, good conversation and the water sounds from the pool it drowns itself out. The outdoor privacy was top notch and beautiful set up I may add. We got lucky enough to get it all to ourselves! The house itself was very clean & the host was wonderful! Very quick to respond and help with anything I needed. If she’s not ranked as a super host yet she should be. Overall great experience. We will be back!

Honestly, there’s no need to even leave the property—it has everything! This truly is the best-kept secret on South Padre Island. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at this modern villa! The spacious open-plan living area was beautifully designed, bright, and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows made the whole space feel fresh and airy. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy lounge area.The location was wonderfully peaceful, making it a true retreat. The backyard space was lovely, and the pool area was gorgeous—resort-style and exactly as pictured. The only slight disappointment was that the original listing said, “step outside to your own private pool area”—so we expected the pool to be for our exclusive use. In reality, it was shared with Suite B. During our stay, they used the grill, swam, and relaxed by the pool with their partner, which wasn’t what we had envisioned when booking.That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and the villa itself was such a gem that we still left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. We’d happily return with friends or family in the accompanying suite with the understanding that the pool is shared. (I appreciate that they have now updated the listing for both suites so others understand they must share.) Check out the pictures I am including - you really get what is advertised. Don't hesitate to stay here!!
