Great stay!

Great stay with our little family! Only recommendation would be to have salt/pepper and a mini dish soap on arrival!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Close walk to the beach and pool. Definitely suggest using the stairs instead of the elevator, much faster. The unit stayed nice and cool and everything was as stated.

Repeat guest at Phoenix properties

I have stayed at several of the Phoenix properties and this by far is neglected. I can understand the decor and amenities being dated but there is no excuse for the internal fly infestation. There were large horseflies in the unit, in the interior corridors and common areas. There were dead ones on the ground literally everywhere and live ones on the ceilings, walls and in general were a constant nuisance. I am just glad that I didn’t have grandchildren with me this time. I likely would not have stayed with them under these circumstances.

THE GOOD AND THE BAD

The good: Kitchen was well stocked, great location. The bad: Carpet was really badly stained, needs to be replaced. The thermostat was WiFi regulated and could not be adjusted, note to guests said not to turn below 76 and that is too hot to sleep at night - that’s a major deal breaker. There were children in unit above us and were running, dragging chairs and bouncing balls at all hours that was so loud. Sad to say the bad was overall worse than the good,

Great ground level condo

We enjoyed this property!!! Being on the ground level was very nice for kids so we can easily go to pool and beach. This condo was very clean and very spacious! Only thing disappointing was not knowing we needed to bring toilet paper , dishsoap, ext... But next time we will know!!! I defiantly would recommend this condo and stay again!!
