Welcome to Woodland Waters!! This is on a PRIVATE lake with no access to a public boat launch.
Make wonderful memories in the beautiful Northwoods at this gorgeous lakefront home in Eagle River Wisconsin. Woodland Waters offers lakefront luxury, is available year-round and comfortably sleeps 12. This gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath (includes tub) home is crafted from native pine. Enjoy the stunning open concept Great Room with stone fireplace, hand crafted pine flooring and walls, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining room. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bathroom. All furnishings are Wisconsin made Northwoods style. Wireless internet service is excellent. There are two high-definition televisions with streaming capabilities. Central air and natural gas heat. A full walk out basement. Great rooms on two levels and a fantastic mud room to stow your outdoor gear.

Woodland Waters is situated on 2 acres with gorgeous lake views and fantastic fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and swimming that is perfect for all ages. Bass Lake is spring fed and crystal clear with a white sand bottom and a sand beach. Wonderful lake amenities include a lily pad water float that the kids will love, a swim raft and dock with swing bench and swim ladder, as well as kayaks and stand-up boards.

There is a large deck with outdoor dining and seating that features spectacular lake views and a Weber Genesis Propane Gas grill. A stone fire pit and complementary firewood. Beautiful level front and back yards. A horseshoe pit, corn hole game and outdoor ping pong table. And a relaxing hammock.

This beautiful custom home has it all. Every modern feature. Decorated in 'Up North Style'. An incredible private lake setting. We are 5 minutes from Eagle River. Next to the Nicolet National Forest and near miles of trails and roads to bike, hike, cross country ski, snowmobile or to enjoy via a walk. Public access to the nearby Chain of 28 Lakes is moments away.

Snowmobile direct from Woodland Waters to over 500 miles of renowned snowmobile trails. The trails are just a few minutes’ drive by snowmobile. There is plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer or we can help you arrange to rent a snowmobile. Some of the best downhill skiing in the Midwest is nearby and it’s very affordable and family friendly. Sledding, ice skating, snowshoe trails and cross-country ski trails are within minutes. As are great restaurants and shops. Bass Lake is private and offers excellent ice fishing. Eagle River is also host to the World Championship Snowmobile Derby and the United States Pond Hockey Championship which are just minutes away.
