Welcome to Woodland Waters!! This is on a PRIVATE lake with no access to a public boat launch.
Make wonderful memories in the beautiful Northwoods at this gorgeous lakefront home in Eagle River Wisconsin. Woodland Waters offers lakefront luxury, is available year-round and comfortably sleeps 12. This gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath (includes tub) home is crafted from native pine. Enjoy the stunning open concept Great Room with stone fireplace, hand crafted pine flooring and walls, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining room. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bathroom. All furnishings are Wisconsin made Northwoods style. Wireless internet service is excellent. There are two high-definition televisions with streaming capabilities. Central air and natural gas heat. A full walk out basement. Great rooms on two levels and a fantastic mud room to stow your outdoor gear.

Woodland Waters is situated on 2 acres with gorgeous lake views and fantastic fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and swimming that is perfect for all ages. Bass Lake is spring fed and crystal clear with a white sand bottom and a sand beach. Wonderful lake amenities include a lily pad water float that the kids will love, a swim raft and dock with swing bench and swim ladder, as well as kayaks and stand-up boards.

There is a large deck with outdoor dining and seating that features spectacular lake views and a Weber Genesis Propane Gas grill. A stone fire pit and complementary firewood. Beautiful level front and back yards. A horseshoe pit, corn hole game and outdoor ping pong table. And a relaxing hammock.

This beautiful custom home has it all. Every modern feature. Decorated in 'Up North Style'. An incredible private lake setting. We are 5 minutes from Eagle River. Next to the Nicolet National Forest and near miles of trails and roads to bike, hike, cross country ski, snowmobile or to enjoy via a walk. Public access to the nearby Chain of 28 Lakes is moments away.

Snowmobile direct from Woodland Waters to over 500 miles of renowned snowmobile trails. The trails are just a few minutes’ drive by snowmobile. There is plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer or we can help you arrange to rent a snowmobile. Some of the best downhill skiing in the Midwest is nearby and it’s very affordable and family friendly. Sledding, ice skating, snowshoe trails and cross-country ski trails are within minutes. As are great restaurants and shops. Bass Lake is private and offers excellent ice fishing. Eagle River is also host to the World Championship Snowmobile Derby and the United States Pond Hockey Championship which are just minutes away.

Great place to stay. Everything was as described. Enjoyed the dock and the fishing off it. Driveway was curvy and tight, but we did have three boats to try to park. Night time backing wasn’t an option after a long day of fishing due to the dark. Not a whole lot of lights outside, but very minor inconvenience. Our group said we would for sure stay again!

Perfect Northwoods location!

Everything was perfect starting with the interactions with the owner. He really made us feel welcome to the beautiful home. Lake was picture perfect and the wildlife was incredible. Definitely recommend and plan to return!

Bass Lake Summer Getaway

Clean and comfortable. Great Northwoods feel. Close to Eagle River for groceries, ice cream, etc. Lake was perfect for fishing, water sports, and relaxation. Evening campfires and calling loons were the cream on top.

We had a grat time!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. Great Lake for fishing. Our boys caught a great amount of fish, great for catching northern pikes. The owners are amazing, very accommodating and always helpful. We’ll definitely e back!

we had a good stay, instructions on opening the basement heat vents would have been helpful. basement toilet plugged a few times. toilet in bathroom of main floor bedroom ran after flushing if we didn't work the handle. Thank you

Great location! Great Fishing!

We had a wonderful time fishing and enjoying the nice weather. The cabin is on a quiet lake and is convenient to grocery shopping and bait stores. The dock and available kayaks were where we spent a lot of time. Plenty of activities for our grandchildren too. The one recommendation I have is that the kitchen be restocked with newer equipment. Knives were dull and the nonstick cookware has seen better days. Also would have been nice to have had a deeper skillet for cooking our catch.

Beautiful cabin in a great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The owners were easy to communicate with and were very quick to address any questions we had. It's located on Bass lake with a beautiful view. The town of Eagle River is very close by and there are lots of shops and restaurants. Staying here in the winter was super cosy - we had plenty of space for our family and our kids enjoyed the downstairs family room to hang out in. The fireplace was nice and warm and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids brought sleds and had a lot of fun playing in the deep snow around the cabin. We arrived after a snowstorm, but the road was drivable and the driveway and walkways were plowed. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone in winter or summer!

Hard to Beat

We had a wonderful week on Bass Lake and it’s very likely we will be back. Our family of seven fit in the house perfectly, enjoyed all of the amenities and took full advantage of the lake. The sandy area was perfect for our 2 year old grandson and the swim rafts were a hit for young and old. If we had only one wish it would have been a larger kitchen with more counter space, but we made due. While we were there a storm came through that took out the power for a full day and the owners/property manager kept us posted on developments, brought us a generator, paid for our dinner and even brought us a Kringle in the morning. We couldn’t have been better taken care of and would highly recommend!
