The apartment is a Duplex. Entrance is on the first floor of an 18th century building . Steps are wide and easy.
The lower level has a well equipped kitchen with the full range of electrical appliances and utensils . It gives into a living area with a convertible sofa and chairs and a smart TV with cable channels and Netflix.
The upper floor reached via an internal staircase has the bedroom with a king size bed, fine linens , dawn pillows and comforter and the bathroom with hand and rain shover and towel dryer.
Fiber optic internet provides super fast WiFi throughout the unit.

A Perfect Apartment to Explore Paris

We loved our stay in this beautiful, charming Paris apartment! In addition to being very comfortable and incredibly clean, it was in the most lovely neighborhood. Rita and Michel were such wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend staying here!

Simply the best!

This was the favorite place we stayed at during our entire European vacation! It was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Rita was a top notch host. I would recommend anyone booking this property

Excellent stay! Rita was a lovely hostess and showed us around the flat, gave us great recommendations and stayed in touch if we needed her. You can beat the location and we would def stay here again!! Cheers

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

The apartment is lovely, secure, clean and well located. Close to the Musee d'Orsay, many great bakeries, chocolate shops, cafes, the Grand Epicerie (buy lots of butter to bring home) and a fabulous cheese shop. Walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, Catacombs etc. Would definitely stay there again.

St Germain getaway

Loved our apartment stay at Rita’s place in St Germain. The apartment is a little jewel of a place in the heart of St Germain. Rita made us so welcome and we will be back!

Lovely Paris apartment

We were met and given a great welcome, instructions and neighborhood tips. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. Great king sized bed, fantastic shower, comfy downstairs living room & kitchen. We felt like it was our home away from home. 6

Wonderful stay

Beautiful!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I loved it! It was our first time in Paris and we felt like locals. It was beautiful, very good amenities, and the communication with Rita was awesome! Loved, loved, loved it!

This apartment was fabulous. The location is so so good! Super close to the Metro and Velib stations; we walked to the Eiffel Tower and Bir Hakim bridge, the Musee d'Orsay, Jardin de Luxembourg. Super famous cheese shop right across the street. The apartment has every amenity you would need, and Rita and Michel even left a welcome basket with some snacks and wine. My favorite parts were the rainhead shower (so good!) and the pillows were the most comfortable. Rita and Michel were excellent hosts - communication was quick and very helpful. Their neighborhood and restaurant tips were invaluable. I can't think of a more charming and better situated place to be in Paris.

Perfect space and location!

Just like the VRBO description. Rita and Michel have provided everything needed. Check in was simple. Their tips to local restaurants/shopping was very helpful. Rita also helped with more suggestions (as my wife had special dietary needs). If back in Paris in the future, we hope this apartment is available.

Charming apartment in St Germain des Pres

The apartment is very charming, clean and the host is super responsive! No elevator in the building, but only one flight of stairs. Highly recommend it!

Lovely Studio

We really enjoyed our stay - this is a great location if you are looking for a quiet and convenient area of Paris. The studio is beautiful and extremely comfortable. All was excellent; however be aware there are 2 beds vs. 3 beds. It worked out for us, but noting for anyone else who may read the listing as 3 beds

7 days in Paris

My Husband and I had a wonderful week in Paris while celebrating my sister’s birthday. The location of this Apt is great, close to many markets, cafes and attractions. We could walk to most places. The apt was clean, private and the bed was very comfortable. Rita made the process easy and was immediately available when I had a couple of questions. The printed list of restaurants and markets was very helpful and appreciated!

5 Star Location

We had the best stay at this perfect Paris Apartment! From the very first communication to the last, Rita was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is well-appointed and very comfortable. King bed upstairs is comfortable and offered a great nights sleep every night. The neighborhood is nice, upscale, quiet and close to everything. It is enough out of the high tourist district that you’re out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the sites easily. The perfect hosts, and a really beautiful apartment.

Misleading advertisement

Property was advertised as 2 bedrooms but is in fact 1 bedroom and the second bedroom is created by folding out a sofa bed in the living areaWhat’s more the sofa was that old that the material on the cushions was worn through and as a bed for an adult the mattress was old and worn out. Very uncomfortable It cost us 500 euros per night so you can understand why I am unhappy In some countries false advertising is ????! frowned on.

A great location and comfortable home

This apartment couldn’t be in a better location. It’s super walkable to almost anywhere you would want to go with the beauty of Paris outside your door. It also feels really safe and secure. Rita was also excellent to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. The shower had awesome water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. A few things to be aware of though: the internet works great downstairs but really doesn’t work at all upstairs. The bedroom, even with the shutters closed, lets in a fair amount of light so if you’re sensitive to light or a light sleeper you might struggle with sleep (I did). The stairs are also quite steep, although very common for Paris. Overall I would recommend this place

Quiet Luxury in Wonderful Neighborhood

This apartment is located on a small, quaint avenue with shops and residences. Once in the courtyard and apartment, it is almost silent. Even with the windows open, which face into a courtyard, it was extremely quiet. The stone walls keep the apartment quite cool, although the bedroom ac unit worked very well when needed. The unit is wonderfully appointed with luxury bedding, Nespresso, high end/efficient hairdryer, and washer/dryer. Local shops and restaurants are found on the street and nearby. The Siene and Louvre are a 10-15 minute walk. We walked everywhere and never used the metro. But we enjoyed wandering 45 min to Montmartre, stopping for a noisette and croissant on the way. Last, but not least, Rita was great at communicating and was very responsive. We received a packet of Michel’s recommendations in the neighborhood and and greater Paris and each that we tried were spot on. Thank you, Michel and Rita for a perfect 5 days in Paris!
