Welcome to Sugary Sands—a beautifully renovated and professionally decorated oceanfront getaway featuring 2 oceanfront suites and 1 garden suite. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas appliances, spacious dining and gathering areas, and expansive upper and lower oceanfront porches perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

At Sugary Sands, we believe in making the most of Exuma’s endless sunshine—so we put it to work! In Fall 2024, we took a big step toward sustainability by installing solar panels. Now, nearly 90% of our power comes from the sun, helping reduce strain on the island’s limited power grid and allowing us to be better stewards of this beautiful paradise, while the rest of the island will be lighting candles you’ll still be enjoying the cool A/C, streaming your favorite shows, or relaxing with a good book. Just another way we make sure your stay is as comfortable—and eco-friendly—as possible.

Nestled on a wide, secluded beach just 5 miles from Exuma International Airport (GGT). Sugary Sands is a non-smoking, pet-free vacation rental.

Excelente estadia en esa hermosa casa..la verdad tiene todo impecable...los dormitorios en suit son excelentes...el dormitorio de abajo es pequeño pero sin problemas...le agregaria un lugar para poner la ropa nada mas....el resto de la casa...la atencion de Nicka...todo excelente

We love the peaceful seclusion of Sugary Sands. It feels like you have the entire beach to yourself—yet you're still just minutes away from great restaurants, local eateries, and everything you need. We also love the beautiful Sunrises every morning!

What makes this property unique

Our home is nestled on an oversized lot with a serene, park-like front yard and a wide, secluded beach in the back that feels like your own private retreat. Inside, the first floor features elegant slate flooring, while the second floor boasts rich mahogany floors. Both of the spacious suites offer high ceilings and open onto a breathtaking balcony with panoramic ocean views. Another feature is the extra-wide staircase that leads you straight into the heart of the home—the kitchen—creating a warm and welcoming flow throughout the whole house.
