**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are must sign waivers and purchase access to official ALA property to receive permitted access to the Lake. This property includes access but waivers must be obtained prior to arrival.
Additional available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake. Lake availability will vary by season.

*Parking is dedicated to the driveway for ONLY 2 vehicles. PER COUNTY CODE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED. Fines can be imposed by the county and are the responsibility of the guest to pay.
