Welcome to our Waterfront Home.

The property is located just 10 minutes to Sandpoint Idaho by Vehicle or Boat.

This lovely home boasts 5 bedrooms including 4 queen beds and 1 king bed. With 4 bathrooms offering a mix of bathtubs and showers, guests will feel at home. The upscale kitchen is well equipped and features a butler's pantry.

The Water and Mountain Views are spectacular with birds of prey frequently sighted and heard. This home is a pleasant escape for those looking to unwind and relax.

There is level, easy entry to the water and dock. There are several watercraft and watersport rental businesses within a few minutes drive from the property. The boat lift is fitted with bunks designed for a V Hull type boat and is rated for 8000lbs.

Our property sits at the mouth of the Pend Oreille River. It offers beautiful sun and moon rises. You won't ever tire of the views of Sandpoint’s iconic Long bridge, the train bridges, and mountains beyond. The views are breathtaking!
