We are so sorry for everything you experienced during your stay. A leaking unit, repeated maintenance visits without a fix, and dust and mold in the closet are not acceptable, and we are truly sorry it affected your breathing and cut your vacation short. Your health and comfort should have come first. We have escalated your review to our management and property teams so this unit is fully inspected and corrected. We would welcome the chance to speak with you directly, so please reach out to our guest care team. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals
