Back on the market! We took time to enjoy the home with family for the past couple of years. Time to travel and share this beautiful home with even more guests! Expansive views. This home is on one of the widest parts of the river with the most amazing sunrise and moonrise views. Sunset reflections are beyond gorgeous. Imagine yourself sitting on the dock for morning coffee talk and feeling the sun on your face. It truly is the best.

Experience why life is better on the water! Inhale the peace of the water as you take in the breathtaking river views from almost every room in this riverfront home! As soon as you arrive, you'll begin to exhale all of your stress as you are drawn to the water through the expansive sliders to the river. The coastal decor throughout the home will beg for you to say "Alexa please play Jimmy Buffett".

This lovely home was decorated with items created by artists throughout Florida to complement the light and bright theme. If you want luxury meets island meets comfort then this home is for you. Every piece of furniture was placed with comfort and conversation in mind.

Every comfortable bed hosts comfortable mattresses with luxuriously soft linens and fluffy pillows you will simply sink into. No need to bring towels as the home has plenty of thick, resort quality towels as well as large, soft poolside/beach towels.

The main floor offers a large primary bedroom with plenty of closet space and drawer space as well and sliding doors out to a private patio to enjoy morning coffee or an after dinner cocktail. The ensuite primary bathroom has a jetted tub, large shower and separate sinks as well as a dressing table.

Also on the main floor are two lovely guest rooms each with a queen-size bed, smart TV, large closet and dresser drawers for plenty of storage. The main bathroom servicing these bedrooms is light and bright with a large step in shower.

As you take a walk upstairs, you'll notice more river views, and a separate and private area with a large living room and more expansive views. The moonlight makes its way through the cupola and adds another level of relaxation. Open the sliding doors to the private upper deck and view the moonrise or watch the boats and dolphin go by. Beyond the living room is a newly renovated family bedroom complete with a queen size bed as well as two twin bunk beds with adult quality mattresses. The ensuite beautiful bathroom has two vanities and a walk in shower. Make your coffee from here and enjoy on your private deck before joining the rest of the guests on the main floor.

There are two gathering living areas on the main floor with plenty of room for catching up or watching your favorite show on the 75” flat screen, Smart TV. If it is the ambiance from a fire you'll looking for, with a quick click on the remote the living room gas fireplace is ready to oblige (during fall and winter seasons).

The modern kitchen is complete with a chef-quality gas range, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with filtered water. An extra full-size refrigerator is available in the garage. Prepare your meals, you guessed it, as you watch for dolphin. There is plenty of server ware and dishes for meals whether inside or out. Love wine? There is a wine refrigerator in the home for your use. Serve your meals on the expandable dining room table inside which seats 8-10 or the expandable dining room table outside which also seats 8-10. Wherever you choose to dine, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the river.

We mustn't forget technology! There are multiple large-screen, smart TVs throughout the home. High speed fiber-optic powers the WIFI with boosters to ensure access throughout the home.

Outside is just as amazing as the inside. Imagine reflecting on your day with your family or friends as you sit in comfort on the dock on the river. You will quickly be drawn in by the life on the water. Dolphin make their morning and dinner appearance almost daily while the underwater fish light attracts numerous fish species to view or take up a seat on the edge of the dock and cast your line and reel in your big catch of the day! If a rain shower passes by, take cover under the large Tiki Hut just steps away on the patio or you may choose to wait it out under the covered patio area with the comfy cushioned chairs. You may decide to relax in the heated pool or in the hot tub or around the propane fire pit.

This home is conveniently located to multiple excellent restaurants, favorite cocktail stops and shopping. There is really no reason to leave the Cape for an excellent meal or cocktail or excellent options for live music every single day. We have a list of some of our favorite places including mixologists for that special cocktail! Kids need to run off some energy? Cape Coral has a long list of impressive parks for families with children including the newly renovated Sunsplash Waterpark. If the beach is on your agenda, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are all a short drive away with plenty of "shelling" opportunities.

We do need to share that we have a no smoking policy in the home. If you choose to smoke, please smoke outside away from the tiki and away from the house. While we have a dock, we do provide boat dockage.
