When my family arrived at the condo, we were happy with the location of the condo in relation to the beach, and it looked okay, however, we had many problems during our stay. The biggest problem for us was the washer/dryer. We had to have a maintenance man come to fix the washing machine first. It was an easy fix; he just had to turn the water on. I'm not sure why this wasn't done prior to our arrival. Then we had to have a maintenance man come to fix the dryer (which was never fixed during our stay). The dryer never got the clothes dry unless you only put one or two articles of clothing in it at a time and dried them for at least two hours. This was a problem because we needed clean towels to bathe. The next issue was the sofa sleeper. We had trouble pulling it out because the frame is bent. When my kids tried sleeping on it the first night, the bottom of the sleeper was at least three inches off the floor. They might as well have been sleeping on lawn chairs; the mattress was that thin. The master bedroom mattress was the same. It felt like you were sleeping on the sidewalk. My in-laws both left our vacation with aching backs. The queen mattress in the other bedroom was actually nice. Just seems the master should be nicer than the other bedroom. Another problem we had, a lot of the plugs in the condo do not work without various light switches being turned on. We had trouble charging our phones, turning on lights and plugging in various items. Also, the television (at least in the master bedroom) was attached to the light switches. If you forgot and turned off the switch, the TV went off and you'd have to wait about ten minutes for the cable to reload. The DVD player is only in the small bedroom which seemed strange to us (instead of being in the living area) so everyone can watch. You actually have no cable in the small bedroom- just Netflix. Lastly, the towel rack in the first bathroom kept falling off every time we hung something up and the hook on the back of the door. The furniture in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as well. If you put clothes in the drawers, you will have a hard time pushing the drawers back in (the drawer won't stay on the track). You also need to bring pillows. There were none on our bed! It just seems to me for the price we paid to stay in this condo, we shouldn't have had to deal with the millions of problems we had to deal with. The condo is in a nice location, but it is not updated and kept up the way it needs to be.
TV in living room hard to figure out controls etc. we felt that there should have been instructions on how to operate different functions.
The condo was very nice, convenient to activities, we enjoyed the balcony very much!
