Great Stay

Location was great access to the beach and the view of the beach from the balcony was great. Four adults in the condo was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time here. I would definitely stay here again. The only issues were that the dryer simply does not dry. There was remodeling going on next door that was all day long and loud and one day they were doing construction on the baby pool that was also extremely loud. All and all it was good.

Great condo

Stay was great; only drawback was checkin process. We arrived during the specified checkin time, but had to wait in a long line in order to check in. One man was checking everyone in with no help. Other than that it was great.

Kitchen needs updates

Nice and clean condo...kitchen appliances need updating. The refrigerator freezes the food place in the back. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes even though we rinsed them before loading. Other than this, the condo was great.

Generally enjoyed this short vacation

Check-in could have been easier as we had to go bldg to bldg to find where they were doing done. Some common areas needed cleanup especially in the stairwells. Had to fix the main burner on the stove as it was bent and would not plug in. Also a wall electrical receptacle was hanging out of the wall. Had to remount this to avoid someone getting shocked. These latter 2 should have been picked up by cleaning/maintenance.

Upon arrival I had to pay 55 for parking, which is bizarre to me. Seems like 1 parking pass should come with the rental and if not, it should'e been in BOLD in the listing. Ridiculous to charge it separately. Other than that, all was great. Great location, great amenities, great service. I recommend.

Very nice environment, friendly people all over.

We loved it just a few problems. The TV in the bedroom(to the left) would not come on but we didn't want to bother anyone. It may have been something we did wrong. No sheets for the fold out bed in the living room but we made do with the blankets we had. Other than this we were very satisfied!

We were there to visit our marine aviator

The property has a great location on Orange Beach. It was dated and not very clean. The floors were dirty in our unit. The dishwasher was falling out from under the counter. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view of the gulf was awesome.
