This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or large families! With multiple private bathrooms and more than enough room for everyone to comfortably spread out. Nested in the Rocky Mountains, the window filled rooms provide incredible mountain and sunset views. A backyard filled with Aspen trees makes for the perfect Summertime lounging. The location cannot be beat with multiple ski areas within 30 minutes and hiking trails in the backyard! :)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS, prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Check out by 10:00 AM
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Put all thermostats back down to 65 during the winter
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
