This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or large families! With multiple private bathrooms and more than enough room for everyone to comfortably spread out. Nested in the Rocky Mountains, the window filled rooms provide incredible mountain and sunset views. A backyard filled with Aspen trees makes for the perfect Summertime lounging. The location cannot be beat with multiple ski areas within 30 minutes and hiking trails in the backyard! :)

Our house provides all the modern comforts you will need for a relaxing vacation in the Rocky Mountains! Including:
- 5 bedrooms

- dining room + large dining table
- fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need
- 2 car garage (with more space in driveway for 2 more cars)
- 3 outdoor porches with grill + furniture
- 3 stories in total (2 staircases)
- Hiking trails in the neighborhood - just walk right out the front door and you can hike all the way to Vail!
- 5 minute drive to Silverthorne town
- 10 minute drive to Frisco, 20 minute drive to Breckenridge Mountain

- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
