L'unité 1304 est une belle unité de 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain Gulf Front. La cuisine est tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter avec des mises à jour récentes, des comptoirs en granit et très bien équipée pour cuisiner. La chambre principale est luxueuse avec un lit King plus récent, de belles couleurs de plage et un accès direct à votre balcon face au golfe. Nous (les propriétaires) adorons laisser la porte ouverte la nuit pour écouter les vagues nous chantant pour dormir! La chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'un lit King size, un petit bureau si vous ne pouvez pas tout à fait "déconnecter" et c'est tellement confortable! Le Nautilus a mis en place un programme "Clean Stay", ce qui signifie que vous pouvez être assuré que votre unité est belle et soignée. Il y a même des couettes sur les lits pour vous assurer d'avoir des couvertures propres, à chaque fois! Nous avons 2 salles de bain complètes - la salle de bain principale est en suite. Notre salon est très confortable avec des fauteuils et un canapé-lit. Téléviseurs à écran plat tout au long avec WIFI pour divertir les enfants. Le meilleur de tous est notre point de vue! Nous avons un grand balcon spacieux avec vue sur le golfe. C'est comme ta propre plage privée! Vous recevrez également une installation de service de plage GRATUIT (2 chaises et un parasol) avec des séjours de courte durée au cours des mois de Mars - Octobre. Que pourriez-vous demander de plus? Réservez dès aujourd'hui et faites de notre endroit votre endroit de plage aussi!

Toutes nos locations viennent avec des draps, une machine à laver / sèche-linge dans l'unité et une cuisine entièrement équipée, donc tout ce que vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! En outre, notre complexe offre une piscine, un barbecue / aire de pique-nique, WIFI GRATUIT, zone de lavage de voiture, promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! Pendant les mois de Mars à Octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et seulement 3/4 mile d'excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

Perfect Last Minute Find!

We booked this place just a day or two before heading to Ft Walton and were so glad we did! The proximity to the ocean was awesome - you could clearly hear the waves, even from inside. The balcony was big enough for two loungers and a dining table, which we really appreciated since many are so narrow.They had beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for use, which came in handy! The ice maker inside the unit was a huge bonus too - so much better than having to hunt down an ice maker, buy bags of ice, or use all your ice in the freezer! The listing didnt mention a Keurig, but there was one (nice surprise for us). Staff was super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Great location - close to Publix and we enjoyed a couple really close restaurants - Stewby's and then my personal favorite, The Gulf (imagine cocktail, mahi tacos, outside picnic tables right on the bay).Condo was clean and as it appears in the pictures. 3rd floor was nice to just take the stairs, but never waited long at the elevator. We didnt use the pool, but it did seem a bit small, so may be something to consider during peak season if you're a family that enjoys a lot of pool time.

Reviewer Comments: We have found our Best vacationing place to return to every year in November, unit is spacious and well equipped, the view is just right and the balcony is well furnished and spacious as well. We really have to give the office and maintenance and housekeeping staff 2 thumbs up, not that there was any issues, just seeing how everything is clean and noting was needed to be fixed , the office personnel communi cates well with their guest as well, keep up the great job, Lord's will we will see you in November again ,and we will most assured recommend the Nautilus to all family and friends, Thank you very much for the best Vacation

Perfect little getaway spot on Okaloosa Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at Nautilus was great. Our unit was very accommodating for my husband and 20 year-old daughter. Close to lot of great restaurants. The gulf side view was spectacular. While the unit was slightly dated in the bathrooms, it was clean and that's more important to us than the latest tile color. The free beach service was a huge plus considering beach service usually runs anywhere from $65-100/day. We never used the pool so I can't speak to the pool at all, but the beach access was easy. Check-in was easy with the rental site on property and they even texted us to let us know our unit was ready early which was another huge plus, considering most places have a strict no entry til 4 o'clock policy, even if the unit is ready early. I forgot my blow dryer when we left and they were kind enough to ship it to me for just the cost of the shipping. Have no complaints about 1304 at Nautilus!

Would stay again

The property itself needs updates and cleaning. The room definitely needed a deep clean and updates. Beds werent very comfy. There was someone elses hair tie in the shower when we got there. Condo was overall comfy and suited our needs. View was great. Beach access was great. Pool was nice. Would stay here again.

Great beachfront rental and I would return

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a review of 1304 Nautilus Condominiums. It is a beautiful oceanfront two-bedroom unit with a huge balcony. On the balcony is a four-top table and two Adirondack-style chase lounges, providing a great beach view. FYI, the balcony faces south-southwest so you can have full shade all day. The beach is just 30 feet in front of the unit and is pristine. The rental comes with a beach umbrella and two chairs per day. My wife and her friend used them and loved them. I got some work done on the balcony and enjoyed the shade. Bring bug spray (Skin So Soft)... You will need it. This unit is on the 3rd floor, not the 13th, so bugs can be annoying. The inside of the unit is very well-appointed, with newish furniture and beds. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and even a separate icemaker. The AC, TV, and water pressure all worked well. Located in the parking lot is a Tom Thumb convenience store. That was convenient! Lastly, the host offers a grocery delivery (and put away) service for $29. I didn't use this service, but I wish I had. I know I will do so next time if it is an option. All in all, this is a great beachfront rental and I would return.

Just awesome!!!

This condo was awesome. This makes the 5th year we have came to this area on fall break in October. This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed in. Its the perfect size. Decortaed so cute, comfortable big beds and the location was great. There was an outdoor table on the balcony so we could enjoy breakfast every morning. There is a separate ice machine in the kitchen, we filled our cooler up with it daily and was able to take drinks and lunch to the beach with us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool is great, its shaded most of the day so when you are over the sun you can go enjoy some shade and not have to reaply sun screen. We most definitely will be choosing this condo again next time we vacation in Florida!
