The space
This home is located in Davenport Florida for you and your family to enjoy while on vacation- It is centrally located to all of Orlando Theme Parks and it awaits you for an exciting opportunity to build everlasting memories that you and your family will cherish.

This Home is a Cozy Retreat with an open concept design for quality time. It is equipped with everything you need to create memories. Whether you are hanging out on the patio with a screened in pool, or playing board games with the kiddos or watching a movie on the 75" Smart TV or taking a nap on a comfortable Tempur-Pedic Mattress & with comfy Pillows. There is plenty of space in each bedroom. Master bedroom has a Walk-in closet and the guest rooms have standing closet & storage.

This home was recently updated with remote ceiling fans, fresh coat of paint and 75" inch Smart TV in the Living Room and 42 inch Smart TV in the Master Bedroom- Office Space is available with a Trundle Day bed to relax and read a good book. The Trundle bed also serves well for additional sleepers.

Have Dinner together around the 6 seat table- with an additional 4 seats around the kitchen island.

This Home Sleeps 10 people, however there is an additional fee for over 8 guest.

Just outside this peaceful and beautiful community you will find plenty of Restaurants and Posner Park Shopping Center with Movie Theater and many more. Publix, Walmart superstore, Starbucks, Winn-Dixie market, Banks, McDonalds, KFC, Papa John’s, Burger King, Dominos, Dollar General, Gas station, Liquor store and many more.
Guest access
Access to the home is a Keyless Door Lock- the access code is sent privately to you 24-48 hrs prior to arrival.

The entire property is available for you! Private pool and patio with BBQ grill is perfect to relax after a busy day at the parks.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If it’s possible we will try to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, contact us about availability not earlier than 2 days prior to your arrival/departure. In case of unauthorized late check-out you will be charged $50/hour. This is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guests and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.

2 Car Parking is available in the Driveway and 1 to 2 additional parking is available on the street outside the home.

Pool can be heated $35 per day and is recommended between October & April. Please give 48hr-72hr notice if you would like the pool to be heated. Please note pool heater is set at 85 degree and temperature of water may varies base on weather.

Grill is available. Propane tank is the guest responsibility to refill if needed and tank must be shut off after every use.

TRASH PICKUP: Garbage and Recycle collection is Monday. Garbage Bins or outside to the left of the home. If your stay is on a Monday please pull the garbage bin to the curb.

There is a cleaning fee of $175 included in your invoice.
For a stay of 4 weeks or more an additional cleaning fee minimum $50 will be charged. This fee varies from $50-$200 depending on how unkept or dirty the home is returned.

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind inside the house. If there is a complaint or any detectable odor remaining after you are gone there will be a $400 smoke cleaning charge.

No illegal drugs or weapons on property.

The home is located in a quiet community with residential neighbors. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise to a low and respectful level at all times. The HOA enforces quiet time from 11pm through 7am.

Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects and small lizards in Florida. We have a pest control company that treats inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate insects. Despite that, you may still expect to see them occasionally as they can get into the house after treatment through open doors or the previous guest’s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects and lizards into the house. Please keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
