The property was as pictured and stocked as listed. Great condo and would rent again!

Check-in was smooth and easy and the condo was as pictured with a great view of the ocean! It was very well stocked as listed in the details. I would rent this condo again. I would only recommend to replace the coffee pot and possibly the king mattress/bed in master is all. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Not what we expected

Felt like a cheap hotel room. First, the bed was broken. No Comforters only sheets, clicking sound in the shower, smelled like cigarettes, no full length mirror, old nasty coffee pot, no extra blankets, no dish soap, we could hear everything above us. The list goes on. Never again pheonix.

When arrived in the room, several pictures on the living room wall was taken down. I notified desk

When we arrived and went into the room, the pictures in the living room was on the floor and behind the sofa. I notified Brett Robinson by email and notified the front check in desk. No one seemed to be aware they were down, not offered to come and rehang them. Not sure what was going on, but it was very disappointing that we paid premium price for a not very well managed property. The front desk did ask if we wanted them to remove them if they were in our way, I told them they were behind the sofa and not in the way. I would have thought the cleaning service would have notified the front desk that they were down, but they didn’t know. Also the cleaning of the floors could have been a little better. Sand was still in the unit when we arrived and it also seemed like said was in the sheets when we went to bed the first night. Overall it is a great location and property. It would have been nice to get a little more care and attention to detail when I reported the problem with the pictures down in the living room. Although I understand it was a very busy time being 4th of July week.

Perfection!

A group of friends and I stayed at this great place for a long weekend and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Wonderful view of the beautiful gulf, close to restaurants, and flora-bama right next door. The great thing about this condo is you're on the side that flora-bama is on so you have the convenience of location but not the annoyance of hearing the noise. Condo had everything we need and was more than comfortable for 7-20something girls to stay. Utilized the balcony every morning and evening. Perfect place to get away!

The balcony and the amazing view is our favorite place..sounds like yours too. One correction: you are NOT on the side of the Flora Bama so you do not hear any of the music at the condo. Great Condo!

This is a great condo to stay at! It's right next to Flora Bama and it's not far from restaurants and stores. There are plenty of things to do in the Orange Beach area, or even if you want to make the short drive to Pensacola, FL. My family, friends and I always enjoy going to the beach and to restaurants like Cobalt, Big Fish, Cosmo's, and Pappadakis. This is always a great place for us to stay and this condo has everything we could need for our trips.
