This house was amazing!!! The host was extremely courteous and welcomed us within a few minutes of us checking in. Check in could not have been easier! The house was equipped with everything we needed for the duration of our stay! Loved the pool and the fact we were able to bring our dog along with us. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to everything we needed as far as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The main attractions we wanted to do were never more than a 20 min. drive! Would definitely recommend to anyone…and would stay here and only here again!!!

Not Equipped for Handicap

Inconvenient bathroom situation for handicap person and no recliners. Couch was , so hard to get up from. Bath tub was SO SLIPPERY.Enjoyed the pool! Kitchen was well equipped.We should have considered a place for more bathrooms & handicap accessibility. Our fault!

Pictures make this property look way better than it actually is. The process to get in wasn’t difficult which is why this got two stars. The carpets were nasty/stained/ just felt dirty. The couches were counted with crumbs and dirt. Walked in and the AC was set to 78 but inside the house was 80 so just warm and uncomfortable. My kids did enjoy the pool but we left a day early and went and stayed somewhere else. I have a 7 month old who wanted to be on the floor playing and I understand just normal dirt from foot traffic but with the carpet/ couches being that nasty it was a no go.

Thank you for your feedback. We wish you had reached out to us directly about the AC, or simply lowered it yourself, as we would have been happy to address it right away. As for the carpets, you are correct that many people walk through the space with their shoes on throughout the day, but we truly appreciate your input and will take your comments seriously as we continue improving.

This property has a lot of potential. It is in a great location (for us), the neighborhood is really nice, the house layout is really big and spacious. The check in process could not have been easier. We loved the fact that it was animal friendly and the pool was perfect for as hot as it gets in San Antonio. The back porch was fantastic as well. The only negative was the overall cleanliness and general shabbiness. I think a few updates would go a long way, like replacing the bedroom carpet (old and stained), replacing the couch in the living room (very saggy and needs to be vacuumed) and maybe having a little more diligent cleaning process between guests (food left on counter, food left under bags in trash cans, shower heads needing to be descaled, shower grout and caulk is discolored and moldy). Also, the grill in the back (which we didn't use) was very dirty when we arrived and there were grease stains all over the stone patio from it. I think the bbq pit may be a fire hazard as greasy as it is. Overall we overlooked the few minor issues we did have and enjoyed our stay but someone who is a little more particular may not.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Cleanliness needs to be worked on. All furniture needs to be updated beds were not comfortable. Sofa was a sectional with a rip in the top and you sank to bottom of seat. TVs did not work in 2 of the bedrooms it would not allow you to connect to the WiFi . Pool was cleaned the day we arrived was ask to wait before getting to pool . I understand debris and tree leaves are in the pool but the pool was not vacuumed a lot of debris on the bottom in the corner of the deep end . If it was cleaned the day we arrived that would not have accumulated that much debris. We did have to contact manager of home for a issue I hope they clear up for the next person they did a reply to offer to fix the issue at the time but we preferred not it would have made the issue worse. If they would just do a deep clean and upkeep the furniture it would be a wonderful place to stay has wonderful potential. We are always going to visit family and would have loved to do a repeat of the home but because of the cleanliness and the furniture and beds not being comfortable we will choose to go rent somewhere else

Thank you for your feedback. I do wish you had reached out to me about the TVs — that would have been an easy fix. Regarding the pool, I had only requested a short wait since chlorine had just been added, and your party arrived around 6 p.m., so there was hardly any delay. I understand that the furniture could use an update, but I’m not sure how that relates to the cleanliness of the house. I would have appreciated more specific feedback about any cleaning concerns, as we consistently receive five-star ratings for cleanliness in other platforms. Thank you.
