Fox Hollow Cottages offers a tranquil, well-maintained retreat in the Naples woods, boasting six hundred feet of lake frontage on the eastern shore of Brandy Pond.

Each cottage features breathtaking views of the water and mountains. Guests can enjoy 355 feet of sandy beach, a swimming raft, and complimentary use of canoes, 12-foot rowboat, and kayaks. All non-motorized, human-powered watercraft are free for registered guests.

The beach, conveniently located just steps from each cottage, is an ideal spot for relaxation, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, and picnic tables. Each cottage area has gas grills and outdoor picnic spaces, and multiple fireplaces are provided for cozy evening beach gatherings.

Brandy Pond connects to Long Lake and Sebago Lakes, offering extensive boating opportunities. The passage to Sebago Lake is via the historic Songo Locks and Songo River. The cottages are situated a mile from Rt. 302, close to Naples Causeway.

Family owned and operated, Fox Hollow Cottages takes pride in being 'Maine's Best Kept Vacation Secret'.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies and health concerns, a strict 'No Pets Allowed' policy is enforced in all cottages.

This 'cottage' referred to as the Main House - Front offers 2 private bedrooms: a King bed and 2 twin beds for cozy stays. Relax in the enclosed sunroom with panoramic views and bunk beds (for 2 children or small adults up to 145 lbs.) or unwind by the fireplace.

The modern 4-piece bath, open-concept living with updated furniture, fully equipped kitchen, granite bar, and new 2025 AC mini split ensure comfort.

Enjoy stunning water and mountain views just steps from Brandy Pond & the beach. Kayaks, canoe, beach, private campfires for each family. Grilling and picnic fun. Hammocks in 'The Pines', our beautiful shady area offers stunning water and mountain views, perfect for afternoon beverages, reading, naps and family gatherings.

Please ensure the dishes are washed, dry, put away and the cabin is left neat & tidy with items in their proper place. Cleaning and sanitation are the priorities for our cleaners.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We began our journey at this amazing location as guests when our children were young. We returned for years and built cherished memories here with our children and family. When the opportunity was presented to purchase this amazing property, we knew it was a gift we could not pass.

This location offers such a unique opportunity for multiple friends and families to gather yet remain private as the property is large enough to maintain independence, enjoy individual activities, enjoy the beach with large separate lounging areas. Or choose to gather as groups.
We offer the perfect option for family reunions or secluded and peaceful retreats.
Fox Hollow Cottages is built upon family and family memories. We continue to build our own family memories with our children, grandchildren and now our great-grandchildren. We wanted to share this with other families and hope to continue this gift with many more families for generations to come.
