Cozy countryside cottage located on 100 feet of waterfront on the Crooked River. Enjoy access to Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond, and Long Lake through their Songo Locks.

This charming retreat features a large attached deck, an outdoor fire pit, and a riverside patio with a multi-level deck leading to a floating dock—perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the water.

Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen area includes a 65” smart TV, a convertible full-size sleeper sofa, a countertop dishwasher, new gas stove, an air fryer, and a new full-size refrigerator. The first-floor master bedroom boasts a brand-new queen-size bed, while the second-floor finished loft offers three twin beds. Upon request, the loft can be arranged to include a king bed and a twin.

For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with whole-house air conditioning and heat, along with a propane fireplace for additional warmth or ambiance.

Located in the heart of Maine's Lakes Region, this getaway offers easy access to an abundance of local attractions, including exceptional dining, scenic tours, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, jet skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking. There's even a nearby drive-in theater!

Everything you need for the perfect vacation is right here. Canoes and kayaks are available upon request. Free wireless internet is included for streaming movies, playing games, or browsing online. Experience the tranquility of the countryside while enjoying all the comforts of modern living.

The property was so quiet and relaxing. When you wake up you hear the river and the birds chirping. House was clean, fully stocked, and check in was smooth. We’d love to rent it again.

A wonderful spot! We had a great and relaxing vacation with our dogs. The hosts are great communicators and so accommodating. The kitchen was perhaps the most well stocked we’ve ever seen, and we’ve stayed in a lot of rentals! They really thought of everything. The river is clean and great for swimming for both humans and dogs. All of the exterior lighting was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Accomodating

My family of 5 stayed for a wedding, and we could not have found a more comfortable and convenient location. We felt very taken care of, the space was perfect and very clean and modern inside, with a great Maine campsite feel outside. Minutes from a ton of ameneties in Naples, Raymond, Casco, and Windham, we will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, especially outdoor gazebo and other amenities. Shower and bath and toiletries, bedding, towels all very nice. Lovely seeing overlooking the stream. Needs more seating in lounge.Water softener makes a lot of noise sometimes, for an hour or more, which is annoying in the main bedroom.A bit too much outdoor lighting.

We do have a filtered water treatment system in place to ensure safe, high-quality water. We appreciate you pointing out that its operation may be a nuisance to some, and we will explore options such as providing a noise machine to help minimize any disruption. As for outdoor lighting, our property is located in a naturally dark area, and for safety reasons we feel it is important to ensure guests can safely navigate pathways, especially near the tree roots and stairs by the river.

Enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. A picturesque spot by the river. Lots of nice little extras left for us to use. Great commutation from owners. Would highly recommend if needing a place to stay in Naples Maine ❤️

A place to recharge

Our stay was amazing. The amenities are off the chart, I say that with many Verbo rentals under my belt. The property is is beautifully maintained and perfect for teenagers and puppies alike❤️. The river front,the upper and lower decks were perfect for morning coffee and quiet reflective time. I wish I had booked more days❤️

What a great get away!

If you are looking for a quiet and charming place to stay, this place is it! It is clear that the owners have great pride in their place and amazing hospitality. The cabin was immaculate and so well furnished. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The location on Crooked River is great. So nice to sit on the dock and relax. Over the years we have stayed in a number of vacation rentals and this one tops the list. Thank you for creating such a welcoming “home away from home”.

Tranquility in the Maine woods

The cabin is fully updated and comfortable. The one bathroom, located downstairs, is compact: be mindful if you are super-sized. The absolute highlight of our stay was the lovely outdoor covered patio with propane fire pit. Sitting out there as the evening descended, listening to the crickets, was heavenly. Location is very convenient for Naples, though getting out to the main road takes time and patience.

We had an incredible stay! The house is in an amazing location right on the river, fully equipped for both safety and fun—with life jackets, kayaks, and a paddleboard all provided. The beautiful deck overlooking the water was the perfect spot to relax and watch the kids play.In the evenings, we loved sitting in the screened-in porch, enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. The home was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and not a single detail overlooked.The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and while the bathroom was small, it was very functional. The loft provided plenty of space for our children and stayed cool with its own AC. The master bedroom was quiet, cool, and incredibly comfortable, thanks to a great mattress and air conditioning.The homeowners were also wonderful—quick to respond and very accommodating. We made so many special family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

We’re Pearla and Johnny, your hosts—along with our two adventure-loving boat cats, Rogue and Wave. Whether we’re out on the water or cozied up at our cottage, we believe life is meant to be explored, enjoyed, and shared.

Pearla is a business strategist that thrives on creativity, adventure and self-care. She’s always on the move—whether traveling, working out, meditating, or gardening, you’ll usually find her outside soaking up nature. From the ocean to the mountains, kayaking to skiing, painting to cooking—she finds joy in it all. Most of all, she adores her family and the life they’ve created together.

Johnny is a Mechanical Site Supervisor in construction, traveling across the country for Air Flow specialty projects. When he’s not ensuring sturdy structures, he’s building his own—like the dock leading down to the river! He has a passion for skiing, boating, history, fine dining, and a dedicated cat dad. He’s always got a creative project in the works, making every space feel just a little more special.

In the summer, you’ll find us aboard our Marine Trader Trawler, living life on the water. When winter rolls around, we nestle into our cozy cottage, enjoying the peacefulness of the river and the vibrant energy of downtown Naples.

We love this little slice of paradise and are thrilled to share it with you. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, we hope you’ll feel right at home.
