We really enjoyed our stay. Fully equipped, clean, everything very functional, and a really nice lanai overlooking canal that has lots of jumping fish and water fowl. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Gil is super nice and very organized. You can trust that everything will work out with no problems.

Fabulous location, very clean and updated unit, great neighbours

It is situated in Punta Gorda Isles, close to downtown stores and restaurants. Fishermen`s Village is a short drive, bike ride or even walk away. The condo residents were very friendly, and Cathy, the manager, was so helpful. We had a wonderful stay in this well equipted and furnished unit.

Peaceful Retreat!

What a jewel! Nice condo - spacious - has everything you could possibly need. Screened balcony overlooking water was our favorite spot - morning, noon and evening! Owners very responsive and neighbors very friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and decompress. Can't wait to return!

Million Dollar View

We had a great time at this venue,very clean and nicely decorated.The pool was very clean as well as the complex,and the people were all very nice and helpful. We found it very close to town.Punta Gorda is such a nice town lots to do and the beaches are all a short drive away(half hour or so) Looking forward to staying here again.And yes it has a million dollar view!!!!!

Extremely clean condo with a "Million Dollar" view from large lanai. Nice and peaceful quiet area. Loved the pool and grilling area. People in the building were very nice and friendly. Gil was really helpful during the stay. This place is in the Punta Gorda Isles, but very close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, fishermans village, golfing and the beaches. I would recommend this condo for a nice get away.

It was wonderful staying at the condo. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool is meticulously maintained, as is the condo in general. Everything you need for a terrific time in Punta Gorda, which has great restaurants and attractions near by. Great location. Wonderful Stay

This was our second time staying at this lovely condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gil and Phyllis are so nice to deal with. They are extremely prompt in replying to any questions and even checked on us a couple of times to make sure all was well. The condo is super clean and well equipped. Lovely pool.
