Library, private boat launch, small restaurant & bar on site and a hair dryer & fully stocked Kitchen & Coffee bar! ensuring a comfortable stay. Watch large ships going through the Brownsville channel from deck. Fish from our deck/patio. We are on the largest canal in the village that leads out to the intercoastal across from SPI!

**You will have to go into the Long Island Village office upon arrival to check in. You'll pay the $90 resort fee to them, they will give you a parking pass, wristbands to use the amenities & a map and village rules.

**Once your through the gate and you arrived at our house, you will have keyless entry during your stay and I will provide you a temporary code the day of check in and it will expire the day/time of your check out. If you ever run into issues with the code have no worries, I can also unlock it remotely if needed.

House Rules- absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed.

If the house is smoked in or have pets, YOU will be charged $1000 in cleaning fees and may be responsible for replacing all the furniture. So please don't.
