The unit is the ground floor of our split level Home. Unit is a short walk to the ocean across the 158. Public golf course is in our backyard. Free wi-fi, and Direct tv. Full kitchen. Covered patio with seating and gas grill, gas grill is off December tillend of March /winter conditions. Picnic table, New bathroom with spa shower, kitchen fully equipped, beds, flooring, private entrance with 2 parking spaces.

The apartment is the ground level of our home. We are a split level home. It is Newly decorated to bring the feel of the beach into the home.

Kitchen has new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, Kuerig coffee maker. Toaster oven, microwave, tea pot.
Cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels.
Bathroom shower with spa shower head and jets with mirror and bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. And washing puffs .Vanity with large mirror and plenty of outlets.
Complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, sheets 2 sets.
Covered patio with chairs, Love seat and table over looking our garden

I have lived in Kitty Hawk for 35 years. I am a chef and owned a restaurant here for 35 years. We retired 3 years ago and we have been hosting for 7 years. We love people and hosting has become a joy for us to meet new people. I still make wedding cakes and birthday cakes!
Why they chose this property
the neighborhood was one of the only ones that had year round residents so it was a perfect place to live. Our place is a relaxing spot surrounded by gardens, with lots of flowering plants and a vegetable garden. We are also on the Seascape golf course.
What makes this property unique
Our place is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute car ride to the beach. We are centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Our place has everything you need to prepare a meal if you do not want to go out.
