Two story townhome on 30A where everything is happening.Utopian Beach town that you are going to fall in love with just like we did. It will take you back to the simpler days. 3 Minute walk to the beach or take the golf cart. Short bike ride or golf cart (must be 21 to drive) to the famous Seaside Square. Our home is suited for all types of families and completely has everything you need. We have Wifi, TV's in every room. Two beautiful pools, tennis courts and lots of walking trails. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom townhome in Sea Grove Beach. The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing and dryer, guests can relax and unwind comfortably. We think our place will help you experience everything Santa Rosa Beach has to offer.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and return the keys

Ensure the golf cart is wiped off , plugged in and key is hung back on peg inside front door.

Take all trash to the dumpster. Place all used towels and rags in shower. Place all dirty sheets in laundry basket. Load and start the dishwasher.

(If anything is damaged while in your care, please CALL me so I can get it corrected and ready for the next guest. Per waiver, this will be at your expense)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quick beach trip

Wonderful property. So close to the beach. Very clean. The best part was having the golf cart to use to get around.
