This house has definitely been updated since the listing was posted! We were pleasantly surprised by a slightly updated exterior, and more amenities than anticipated. Host was very transparent about what would and wouldn't be included. Short walk to a private beach that was pretty secluded even on July 4th weekend. Perfect stay for a large group, with ample beds. Bathrooms could use some updating, but otherwise was an excellent stay.
