We absolutely enjoyed our visit to St. Augustine and LOVED our rental! Everything was decorated so cute and beachy, very clean, and they really thought of all the small details! Everything we needed was there! From bikes, to beach chairs, beach towels, little cooler back pack.. etc! They went above and beyond! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks so much!!

One of my favorite VRBO stays ever! The home was pristinely clean and well-equipped - the kitchen had spices, oils, several ways to make coffee, and high-quality pots/pans etc. I also loved the toiletries in the bathrooms and thought the beds were super comfortable. Extra points for real, live plants throughout the house and A/C that did not miss a beat. This home was so charming and comfortable and the location was excellent -- within quick driving distance to everything including Anastasia State Park, some great off-the-beaten-path restaurants, etc. I would be thrilled to stay here again - don't change a thing!

Wonderful home that is cozy and comfortable! Great kitchen equipped with everything you need! Bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic! Very clean inside the home as well! Great location on the island in a quaint neighborhood near the lighthouse. Highly recommend!

The host was responsive and helpful. This place was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the lighthouse and the adult kids really enjoyed taking the bikes out. Unit had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short drive to the beach and to downtown St. Augustine. Great stay!

Wow! This was our favorite rental ever! Everything was welcoming from the lush landscaping, the firepit and the bicycles, to the cozy decor, fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen. It was the perfect home away from home for our family. They even had it deocrated for Christmas! Will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing place to saty.

If I could give it a 10 I would! From the time we booked, it was an awesome experience. Matt, the host, was very nice and helpful. The house was incredibly clean, very updated, even had the good toilet paper. The firepit had been updated to a nice propane kind. Bikes were provided. Every thing you could think to need was there. The only thing we had to buy was what we wanted to eat and drink. Will absolutely return! Close to everything you would need/want to do.

This is a beautiful newly built property that is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully landscaped creating a relaxing and welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. The home is stocked with all the perfect amenities from soft sheets and incredibly comfortable beds to strong water pressure in the showers which is key for a rental as we all know! The kitchen is nicely stocked to cook a meal during your stay. We especially appreciated the two coffee makers( a drip coffee machine and a Keurig).It is ideally located within walking distance from the lighthouse, miniature golf and many restaurants.Our overall experience was extremely positive. We truy felt appreciated as guests, and it was clear that the owner genuinely cared about creating the best possible vacation experience.We'll absolutely will be staying here again. Highly recommend! This beautiful new home had everything you could want for a beach vacation -- not far from the beach, beach towels and chairs, bikes, comfy beds, TV in every room and was spotless. Would definitely recommend.
