Enjoy a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. The adjacent dining room is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and meals while you enjoy the view of the backyard through the sliding doors. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat screen tv. The home is equipped with 3 queen beds and flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms. The home has internet and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. The laundry room is available if you have a minimum stay of 1 week. Enjoy the backyard with built in seating and a firepit. It’s completely fenced in for your privacy. This home is centrally located and only 6 miles from the Chiefs Stadium and 5 miles from downtown. It’s also near the Plaza, Westport and other popular attractions, shops and restaurants.

It’s fairly close to the Arrowhead Stadium and Kaufman Stadium complex that made it a great option for going to a game

Location is meh. Strange check in process required sending a copy of my driver's license. Home is really old in a run-down part of town. Renovations appear to have been DIY'ed. Floor was so uneven i got dizzy walking around. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean with towels and hand soap. Kitchen only has a handful of dishes, some rags and soap. No cooking supplies. No laundry. Small televisions. Uncomfortable beds with really cheep sheets and just small throw blankets. Cute backyard with a weed-filled fire pit, some outdoor furniture, and adorable critters living in the shrubs. Stayed two nights. Couldn't wait to check out. Check out process was smooth and simple. It is what it is. Wouldn't return.

Ryan I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay because you didn’t say anything to me. I would have been happy to refund your stay because prior to your review I had all 5 star reviews and customer satisfaction is my priority. It’s all about communication. I’m not sure why there was an issue with no laundry, small TVs, etc because it clearly says in my listing no laundry service and all of my pictures are accurate as to what the house looks like and what you will be getting.

The property was kept well. My only suggestion would be to include a few more towels or hand towels. Otherwise the beds were comfy and we had a nice stay.
