Enjoy this upscale all new loft located in the Sandy Hills condominium in Luquillo. This upscale luxury beachfront corner unit condo offers direct access to La Pared Beach, where the Atlantic Ocean serves as your daily backdrop. The condo features a full kitchen W/SS appliances, AC, Washer/Dryer, full bath, 75 in TV in Living area, motorized drop down TV in Bed area, and a private parking space. Just minutes from the Kiosks, El Yunque Rainforest, local dining, culture, Bioluminescent Bay, and ferry to the Islands. New elevator
The space
Enjoy your piece of paradise and listen to the waves crash below from your balcony. No expense was spared in this all new Luxury upscale loft over looking the Ocean. Located on the 17th floor, this corner unit lets you enjoy the natural sunlight and spectacular views of the ocean, the city, the town square, and El Yunque Rain Forest from every angle. Condo Nappa Luquillo provides you with a 75 inch TV in the living area, a motorized TV that drops down from the ceiling in the bed area, a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave that broils, bakes, and also is an air fryer, a separate water filter and faucet, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. We have installed both black out shades and sun shades. For your convenience, there is a motorized shade for the balcony which can be opened from anywhere in the condo using the remote. It is amazing to lay in bed with a cup of coffee and see the ocean. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish soap, beach towels, and beach chairs. For sleeping arrangement, we have a California king bed with a Casper mattress, a twin aero bed, and an L shaped couch. For all your charging needs, there are multiple outlets with USB and Type c slots built in along with a moveable standing desk. You will have a designed parking spot and can reach the condo in the brand new elevator.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo and balcony. To reach the condo, take the new elevator to the 17th fl. The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.

Once you have booked, you will need to provide me with an e-mail address and names of all guests so we can send you the rental registration. Security needs this information to grant you access.

Campo de golf Wyndham Rio Mar y El Conquistador Golf Course son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Playa de Luquillo y Bosque Nacional El Yunque son lo que necesitas. Parque tropical de Carabalí y Reserva Natural Las Cabezas de San Juan también merecen la pena.

We just bought and did a full reno on a beachfront Condo in Luquillo. We only buy corner units being you get the most out of the area with the most windows and a great balcony.
Our 3 Condo's are always maintained and updated constantly. We absolutely love this beautiful island and hope to host you at one of our Condo's so you can enjoy the island just as much as us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Luquillo is a very up and coming area with breathtaking views of the ocean. It has a lot of charm in just a short few blocks. The area hosts parties, events, live music, salsa dance lessons, surfing lessons, and so much more. We love being on the 17th floor corner unit with no obstructed view of the ocean, the island, and the mountains.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We Totally redid everything in this Condo including a king bed, washer/dryer, motorized tv, motorized day/night shades, and a full bath. But nothing beats the view. From the kitchen window, the dining area window, and the full wall of glass to the balcony, it's endless ocean. We love sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash.
