Welcome to the beautiful OCEAN RESERVE TOP FLOOR APARTMENT with the bay side balcony view.
Spacious modern unit in the city of Sunny Isles located across the street from beach and offers 1 free parking space. In this fully equipped condo, you will have access to a swimming pool, gym, convenient store and tennis court. Aventura Mall, restaurants, and shopping plazas are in minutes drive. I strive to make every guest's stay safe and comfortable

The space
This apartment is not only beautiful but also offers a high level of comfort. It is conveniently located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. Your reservation includes one free parking space, and if needed, additional parking spots can be obtained for a small fee through valet services at the front of the building.


Within a minutes drive (down the street), you will have access to the various restaurants, and shopping centers, beach is just across from the street( in a 3 minutes walk distance ).

Please note that all guests staying in the apartment must provide a valid copy of their ID during check-in. The building strictly prohibits unregistered guests overnight, and the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 guests.


During your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment and enjoy affordable valet services. The building offers various amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, heated pool, a convenience store, a coffee shop.

In the event of any maintenance issues, a handyman will be available to address reported problems. If a guest is not present, the host will take responsibility for ensuring the safety and resolution of the issue.

Please note that our standard check-in time is by 5 pm. However, during busy seasons, there may be delays due to the high volume of housekeeping tasks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

-From listed under beach essentials I do provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but no beach towels, blankets.
-From listed under cooking essentials we do provide cooking basic, but not oil, pepper, salt (you can purchase all extra depend of your preferences at the convenient store downstairs )

Please be informed that building is running construction company to installing the new soundproof windows.
RESORT STILL HAVE WORK OUTSIDE, in order to make sure your stay will not be affected, PLEASE ASK host previously, to confirm if your room at the schedule list for work, its take just a couple hours , but room need be vacated due to safety purpose, Host will update you with alternative room for a time of work ( in case its happens)

LATE CHECK OUT
We understand that your plans may change, and you may require a late check-out or an extension of your stay. Late check-out is subject to availability and is accompanied by a fee of $70 for a 1 PM check-out or $100 for a 3 PM check-out. Please inform us through the chat as soon as possible.



There is a shared laundry facility located on the same floor as the unit, with a small fee per load. Guests are responsible for purchasing a laundry card at the front desk, or use it through the app, which available at the laundry room

The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am until 8 pm.
The pool deck is accessible from dawn to dusk.
The BBQ area is open from 8 am until 10 pm, with a maximum usage time of 2 hours for the one time.
Luggage drop-off with a front desk is available before check-in at a rate of $10 per suitcase.
The trash chute is located at the end of the hallway (both side).
During your check-in, we provide bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, washcloths, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent for your convenience., but no laundry detergents

If any items break down or don't work during your stay, per your request our maintenance team will come to the unit and fix them within 24 hours.
