Three Eagle Nest is a spacious home located in a quiet cul-de-sac of the tiny mountain town of Lake City, Colorado. It has expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the Lake City valley. This 4-bedroom/3-bath home (and additional sleeping area) has a fully appointed kitchen (stainless steel), a jet tub, games room with pool table; grilling deck accessed via the kitchen; and a larger deck facing the mountains! It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains!

We loved the house and location. We brought our sxs and were able to ride to and from the house. The property owner was super prompt with any questions we had. The house was clean and extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

Crazy 14er Climb

We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. The BBQ was wonderful for our fellowship time and the location being so close to town was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities (especially coffee) and also close enough to town so if you needed to grab something or want to go out to eat one night its only minutes away. We will definately be back!
