Exactly as pictured, clean. Spacious deck with a 3rd fl pasture view. Communication with Smokey mountain rentals was very easy—they were responsive, checked in with us, and dispatched maintenance as needed. Would have been 5 stars if ac unit leak did not happen/disrupt sleep. Accessible location, minutes from all the action without being in the ultra busy main area. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our recent stay at your property. the location was near the event we were attending. We did have a coffee maker but no coffee or cups. We also had a microwave but no utensils or paper towels. Also the dumpster was locked so we could not place our trash inside.
