1st level:
The first floor is an epic entertaining space framed by sky high windows that flood the area with natural light. It features a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, 4 dining tables accommodating up to 40+ guests, and an intimate gathering space with chesterfield couches. An industrial roll-up door seamlessly connects the interior to the outdoors off the breakout room, creating even more space for group activities. There’s also a bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms on this level. Bedroom configuration as follows:

2nd level:
Head up the gorgeous open staircase to the second floor to find a game room open to the atrium, 6 bedrooms, and a deck. Both residences boast 4 bedroom suites with 2 twin beds in each and which can conveniently be converted to king upon request. All bedrooms are smartly separated from each other to maximize privacy and have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower, a stylish vanity, and high-grade fixtures. Even the outdoor living here is amazing with covered porches upstairs and down that take look out to beautiful mountain views.

Guest Access
The entire home, garage, and yard are exclusively available to guests. You will not share the outdoor living areas, balconies, driveway, or surrounding grounds with anyone else.

Rental agreement(s) and security deposit must be completed to keep your booking.
A valid email and phone number will also be required after booking.

Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.
Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for arrivals before 3:00 PM.
