THE LAYOUT:

LIVING ROOM:

As you enter the apartment, you're immediately drawn to the beautifully decorated electric fireplace—the heart of the living space, adding warmth and charm to your stay. This bright, thoughtfully designed area also features a cozy sofa that converts to a queen bed. A TV for relaxed evenings, and a convenient desk, making it both stylish and functional.



SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS

Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!



KITCHEN:

Following the living area you’re welcomed into a large open concept kitchen. It's fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate coffee bar features a coffee maker and basic coffee essentials. There is ample cabinet space, and beautiful smooth countertops that add a touch of luxury. There is an island for additional kitchen prep as well as a stylish cocktail bar featuring a beverage fridge and a separate sink. There is also a dining table fitting up to 4 guests in the kitchen.



BEDROOM:

Bordering the kitchen is the bedroom where comfort meets function. At its heart is a plush, king-size bed facing the second flat screen TV. There is also a dresser, a closet, a full- length mirror, and white noise sound machine, to make your stay more comfortable.



BATHROOM:

Steps away from the kitchen is the bathroom designed for comfort and style. There is a walk-in shower with sleek glass doors and modern tile. The double vanity features two sinks with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence.



THE BUILDING:

This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, each apartment includes one parking spot in the driveway. Please note that the parking area is compact, so larger vehicles may find it difficult to park.

The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

Getting Around:

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.

There are 3 steps to get into the building, with an additional set of stairs to get to the second floor.



Interaction with Guests:

The building features a shared stairwell but the apartment is exclusive for your private use. All units have access to the shared laundry unit in the basement.
