There has been construction on the streets surrounding my home. It’s out of our control but worth noting.

The Space:
The Master bedroom has a comfy king bed with an ensuite hosting a large soaking tub and separate shower. 2nd guest room hosts a comfy king bed. The 3rd guest room hosts 2 full-sized beds (bunk bed setup). The oversized couch in the living room is set in front of an electric fireplace built into the entertainment center. The spacious kitchen has everything you could need along with a complimentary coffee. Enough dining room seating for 6 around the table and 4 large swivel bar chairs make for a great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast to start your day! Watch the sunrise over the mountains from the private 7-person jetted hot tub or catch the sunset from the front deck. This home has everything you need for your next Pagosa Springs getaway.

South 7th Street. Steps from the river, parks, restaurants, shops and the hot springs.

Getting Around:
Very walkable location, but there’s free parking throughout the town so if you’d like to drive, there’s plenty of places to park. The house is also steps from the river walk and amazing parks.
