King in primary bedroom and queen bed with twin loft in other bedroom. Sheets and towels are included in rental. Located on the 1st floor for easy access to the pool. Updates include all furniture and bedding. The high end kitchen has microwave convection oven combo, 4 burner stove top, and refrigerator freezer with an ice maker. Beautiful new flooring, trim and recessed lighting throughout. The stall shower bathroom features a large vanity and stack washer dryer. The kitchen counter extends to allow for 2 bar stools. Wall mounted TV above the counter. 2 built in heating and cooling units- in the main living space, and king bedroom. The Merrimac Resort Condominium straddles Avalon & Stone Harbor and is convenient to everything on 7 Mile Island. This well managed condo community offers a great pool, assigned parking, and a shared BBQ grill area. Merrimac is directly across from the recreational area: basketball, tennis & pickle-ball courts, a large playground, and fields. The beach and popular beachfront restaurants are less than one block away. The bay front area 2 blocks to the west offers spectacular sunsets and fishing. A short stroll or bike ride will take you to the popular Stone Harbor Shopping District.
