Now- about our condo; The Seaview at Kona Pacific! Come and enjoy the Big Island from our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit. It is a very well maintained, 5th floor, spacious corner unit with a huge lanai. Our one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 829 sq. ft. with an additional 269 sq. ft. of living on the wrap around lanai where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and ocean views. We are continuously updating and adding new touches to our condo; the latest improvements being full remodels of the kitchen in March 2016 and bathrooms in February 2015. Recently, we also added some new furniture, artwork, and lanai ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, an air conditioner, and an elevator close by.
The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well maintained grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, cabana, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have a covered parking spot for your small-midsize car, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona.

The Big Island was the last stop on our 2 week trip around a few of the Hawaiian islands. Upon arrival Gina was very helpful with answering any questions I had about the condo. The day of our arrival I actually had to call her because I couldn’t find the check-in instructions in my email that she had sent before our trip. She was very kind and patient to help me get the information I needed. We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and I wish we would have had more time there because it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very well stocked with anything and everything you could think of! We were really thankful that she had things for the beach that we weren’t able to bring ourselves (i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella). We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning which was one of my favorite parts! And the condo was also in a great location so that you could easily walk to several restaurants, but just a little ways down the road so it wasn’t like we heard any late night noise. We hope we get to visit the Big Island again someday and if we do I hope we get to stay there again. Thank you Gina for sharing your lovely condo with us!
We absolutely loved our stay at this place - amazing location (very close to downtown Kona), great amenities and lovely view. It's only a ~15min stroll to the water and a bunch of bars/restaurants. The kitchen was also well stocked for a night-in of cooking. The complex also has a pool in case you want a quick dip. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful three-day stay here, only wish we could have stayed longer. Gina's directions were clear and thorough. The place is comfortable, roomy, up to date, well-equipped and immaculately clean. The lanai was spacious with three sitting/dining areas, an outstanding ocean view and pleasant breezes. Cable worked fine and the wifi signal was strong. Air conditioning was available but never needed. We each had our own bathroom, which was a treat. There were plenty of dining and entertainment options: just across the street we enjoyed the luau at Royal Kona Hotel, Don the Beachcomber's famous mai tais and a nice lunch in the sand at Huggo's. Completely relaxing - would definitely stay again.

The perfect place !
Un condo tout bonnement magnifique, un Lanai avec vue sur mer et coin repas, coin salon, coin transat ! Cuisine très bien équipée. Le meilleur condo que l'on ait loué sur les 4 îles d'Hawaii visitées, et surtout la meilleure location que nous ayons jamais eue, tous pays confondus ! Allez-y les yeux fermés...
Cerise sur le gâteau : la gentillesse et la réactivité de Gina, la propriétaire. Les plaques de cuisson étant tombées en panne, elle s'est arrangée dès le lendemain pour nous fournir 3 plaques de cuisson neuves. Merci Gina et nous espérons à bientôt !
Well supplied and a beautiful view of sunsets over the ocean.
Our condo is so ideally located, that's why we love it! Within a 15 minute walk either north or south you can: eat out, buy groceries, go to a farmer's market, buy clothes, buy souvenirs, go to the beach, go parasailing, ride a submarine, rent snorkel gear, go snorkeling, go surfing, rent a paddle board, learn to snuba, eat shave ice, attend a luau, watch the sunset over the ocean.....well, you get the idea!

Rates do not include Hawaii TA tax and GE tax of 13.416%. Hawaii Tax ID #TA-109-891-5840-01, #GE-109-891-5840-01. Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled more than 90 days before check-in will receive a full refund plus security deposit. Reservations canceled less than 90 days before check-in will forfeit the security deposit. Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not-refundable unless the unit can be rebooked for that period of time - in which case refund will be proportionate to the income generated by the new rental agreement. Refunds will be made no later than 10 days after the scheduled departure date. IRONMAN RATES- $160 per night, 10 night minimum stay. $500 security deposit, 100% refundable if cancelled 180 days prior to arrival date. Cleaning fee is $150.
