Just cross the street and you’re on the Beach, the Coast of the Atlantic Ocean!
It's the prime location for watching the arrival of motorcycles on Bike Week and Biketoberfest, and the Jeeps on Jeep Beach event.
Enjoy an upscale, luxury duplex, with the entire 1st floor unit and attached garage.
Minutes to the Ocean Center, Daytona Beach historic Bandshell, Main Street Boardwalk, the quaint shops on Beach Street, Pictona (Pickle Ball Courts), and World Famous Daytona International Speedway.

Our property welcomes six guests. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a ladies make-up vanity with lights and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second full bathroom offers a showering facility. The second bedroom features two twin size beds and the spacious living room has a queen size sofa bed and work desk with charging station. The bedrooms have bedside charging stations for your phones and gadgets. Wifi is included and 3 smart TVs throughout the bedrooms and living room. All linens are provided for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The dining room offers seating for six people. The washer and dryer are located inside the attached garage where you are welcome to park your motorcycles. The back door of the garage leads to an outdoor bistro seating table for 6 on a deck. There is parking space on the driveway and in the pebbled yard space in front of the house. You can manually close the white picket driveway gate for your privacy.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, no confetti, no glitter or tape on walls. Do not move the furniture. Quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. No cars in garage, just motorcycles
Please use the driveway hose next to the garage to rinse off sand from feet and beach equipment. No Pets: due to severe allergies, subject to $500 fee
24/7 video surveillance for ALL exterior areas. A Ring doorbell is also on the upstairs unit door. Do not disable or tamper with these devices.

Very clean and wonderful location. All of the great beach chairs, umbrella and wagon made going to the beach that much better. Just packed the wagon and walked to the beach!
