The parking garage height clearance is included in both the listing description and photos. The frontdoor smart lock temporarily disabled access after multiple incorrect code attempts as a security feature. We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving the issue. As check-in occurred after business hours while we were at another job, we encourage guests to share their estimated arrival time so we can be available if assistance is needed. For guests using the amenities, a building map is already provided inside the apartment, and we will also make this information more prominent in our welcome guide. Clarifying some points we do have fob and keys located in the apartment so our guests can have access to the elevators and complex amenities.
