Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn off appliances, air conditioners, close and lock all windows/doors and sliding glass door. Place tied/sealed trash bags in trash bin and recycling(NO bags) in bins outside near garage.

Place used towels & sheets/bedding in laundry bags hanging in kitchen behind door and leave on kitchen floor

Return all sets of keys to silver tray on table in kitchen Lock both the kitchen door and main outside door manually on your way out of home

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO smoking (vape) No commercial use-videography/photography! NO events, parties Check-Out steps on fridge Do NOT remove towels from house

This was the perfect place for us since it was within walking distance to a wedding venue. Lisa was an amazing host with superb communication. The house had everything we could possibly need and want! Bristol is a lovely town with wonderful restaurants, beaches and museums. We wish we had stayed at least another day! We travelled from Toronto to Bristol for a wedding. Such a beautiful town to walk through, particularly the waterfront which is a 10 minute stroll from the house. Lisa was a delight to communicate with and the home is exactly as described. Our lab loved the large fenced in backyard. No surprises, just an excellent stay in Lisa’s charming home. Thank you!

This house was the perfect choice for me and my family. We were attending a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was quite literally a minute down the road. The house was warm and inviting and VERY CLEAN. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Also, the bed I stayed in was possibly THE MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept in. Lisa was kind enough to let me know which mattress she got so my husband and I can buy the same one! The house was in a quiet neighborhood that seemed very safe. The host could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She gave us lots of space, but clear direction on how to close up. And when I did have a question she was incredibly responsive and kind. I would recommend this house to anyone for a short stay or even a slightly more extended stay. Thank you, Lisa!
