Howdy Darlin’ Cozy Studio, Pets Welcome, low cleaning fee

Located in Pigeon Forge, this enchanting studio is a dream. With a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and essential amenities like AC and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this beautiful studio is the perfect retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.

Tons of amenities, toiletries and supplies!

Shared parking lot, coke machine, grill and picnic area, and laundry room. Private studio.

We are off the beaten path, but just minutes to all the main attractions and restaurants.

We welcome pets, with a $75 non-refundable pet fee, for the first pet and $25 for the second pet. Must be paid before checking in.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Bathroom is elevated. Be prepared to step up 10” into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You'll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be strong.

Property was pretty. Inside was nice, could’ve been cleaned a little better. I’ve never seen moldy toilet paper before and that’s what was left for me as extra, which was needed but couldn’t be used. The bathroom was cute but shower wasn’t the cleanest. Left a day early as the bed just wasn’t comfortable.

Our stay was more than we expected. It was very close to everything but just back far enough to get away from the crowded areas to relax in peaceful environment. It was my wife and myself 30th wedding anniversary and definitely wasn't disappointed at all. Will definitely be booking agin next year at this place.

Floor was very dirty. I’m handicap and disabled and it had a 10” step up to the bathroom which was horrible for me. Regular people it would not bother but it was very hard for me. I would have liked to have known this detail before making reservations. Things like that are very important for someone who cannot get around good. The room needed a deep cleaning. This is not a reflection on the owner or host but the cleaning crew. Honestly I went and asked one of the cleaners if our room had been cleaned already when we got there because it did not appear as such. The host was very nice but it took him or her forever to answer questions. Sometimes it would be several days before they would answer me this is of course before the trip and I had general questions and concerns.

Sharon. You never shared any of this info with me. Had you mentioned any of these issues we would have been prompt to fix these things! The listing also mentions the 10” step up into the bathroom, and a step down into the shower. It’s in the description that way all guest know exactly what to expect. I also replied to your messages as soon as I could. I’m sorry we missed the mark with you.
