Inside, the studio is designed to create a cozy, functional space. You'll enjoy a queen-sized bed with fresh linens, a comfortable seating area with a large smart TV, and windows that fill the apartment with natural light.

For remote work, there’s a dedicated work-from-home setup desk + chair with fast Wi-Fi, perfect for staying productive while traveling.

The private en suite bathroom features a full shower and tub, plush towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries for your comfort.

Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental.

Location is great to just walk out and go explore. Definitely has that studio feel. It was difficult to maintain water in the shower because of the claw foot tub and the shower curtains didn’t fully reach around. We arrived when it was in the 40’s at night. The radiator eventually turned on but took most of the day for it to kick on and once it did, it did not maintained the heat and it is impossible to regulate temp. We ended up leaving a day early because it was too cold. Comms w host were very delayed.

Great location in historic neighborhood. Was informed at check-in of small leak in bathroom ceiling from unit above. Plumber had been there and removed part of ceiling to inspect. Cleanup was less than good for renters coming in. Small leak got big when tenant above used tub/shower. Make sure leak is repaired before staying here. We didn’t feel the management company taking care of booking responded well as the situation got worse, they need to do better. Other than that, this unit was perfect for us.
