Interaction with host was via e-mail which was good. Entry instructions were confusing as they stated two numbers for door code which was disconcerting since it was after nine at night on a Sunday. The emergency number was answered and we were able to access the rental. The rental was as pictured but interior was stark and not as welcoming as other VRBO's that we have used in Maui Vista. The screen door on the lanai needs to be adjusted to open and closed more easily. We would recommend the rental to others.
