Turn AC back to 72 if adjusted.

it was okay

found 3 roaches while we were there, not the best experience. two were dead while one we saw run into the wall.

Haley, thank you for your feedback we will let Terminix know of your findings. We wish that you would have communicated this to us during your stay instead of after the fact. However, you used a part of the house that was locked and blocked off. That area was not prepared for a guest to utilize. We advertise a two bedroom and you utilized the 3rd bedroom without permission or consent. Our neighbor complained that you and your guest were very loud and at one point they were ready to contact the police. We wish you the best and again thank you for giving us the opportunity to accommodate your needs. FYI our cleaning team confirmed that they did not see or sweep up any bugs, just the trash that you did not remove from the house. Kindly, Carshena
