The home was as advertised. It has pretty much everything you need and it is super close to the rec center for swimming. Everything was perfect for our 4 night stay. Kym was a great pleasure to work with. Thank you!!!

The home is comfortable and clean. Our hosts Kym and Frank were welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed the rec centers and had fun at the Brownwood area. Lots of restaurants and fun bars. Would highly recommend this home!

The Sunshine Retreat is an excellent rental home in The Villages! Kym was an excellent host answering all our questions promptly! The golf cart is an extra bonus that’s included and a necessity! It’s super close to Sawgrass Grove and just a short ride to Brownwood Paddock and the new Eastport squares! I highly recommend this villa to anyone!

Host was awesome with quick responses to any questions we had. For us the property was close to where we needed to be . This next fact may be of importance to people traveling with family but water pressure in showers were very strong even with both showers going at the same time . Again can’t say enough about the quick response by the host to any questions or concerns
