We had a delightful stay. The creek behind the house provided a nice variety of birds to observe. The house itself is ideally situated for walking to the mineral springs. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and convenient I would have given Yulia a five star except there was an issue with lukewarm shower water. Which I am confident Yulia will fix.

This was the perfect house for a group of old college friends to visit between forays. The home was comfortable and clean. I did wish the patio had been swept but that was such a small thing. We also enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was.When I did have an issue, Yuliya was very responsive and someone came to help us when we still had an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in North Point. The home is beautiful, peaceful, immaculately clean, with a well-appointed space that has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made the entire experience seamless.The location was perfect for our trip - close to the Braves Spring Training, surrounded by great local restaurants, and an easy drive for a day trip to Sarasota. It truly offered the best of both convenience and tranquility.We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Peaceful and quiet. Water and greenery views of backyard. Water in the backyard comes out of Warm Mineral Lake which is known for its healing properties and AKA the fountain of youth. The lake can also be enjoyed just a short walk from our home.

Access to warm mineral healing water from backyard and short walk to the lake. Also proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown wellen park. About 20 min drive to various beautiful beaches
