Amidst the peaks of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, down a gated winding road lies a new, very private, 1350 sq ft Guest House. Minutes to the Malibu beaches, on acres of open land, it has a main bedroom with a king, a bunk bed kid's room, a 3rd bedroom with a queen, 2 full baths, open living and dining areas with a full kitchen, allowing spacious accommodation for 6. Two additional twin full mattresses are available for up to 8 guests. A large covered patio with sliding doors offers indoor/outdoor living.  A full laundry is available in the attached two-car garage. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
