Relax and unwind in this beautiful two-bedroom Malibu condo, perfectly located in the heart of Malibu—just minutes from the beach, Cross Creek shops, Nobu, Pepperdine University, and some of the area's best restaurants and attractions.

Beautifully furnished with designer touches and tranquil details throughout, this centrally located retreat also features air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The main floor offers an open-concept living space with a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and bar, as well as a full bathroom and washer and dryer. Step outside onto the expansive private patio, complete with outdoor seating, a barbecue grill, and stunning ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, filtered water, an ice maker, and everything you need to feel at home.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds that can be combined to create a king bed upon request. Both bedrooms have beautiful views and private balcony access.

The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and other essentials. Guests can also enjoy an assortment of board games and activities for a fun and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely book it again. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Pepperdine, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The condo was spotless and impeccably maintained. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities. It was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The owner has taken great pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable space, and it really shows. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Malibu area, especially if you’re spending time at Pepperdine.

Clean condo with most of what you could ask for in the kitchen. It was great having beach gear and the bedding felt very luxe. There is a little bit of road noise but is quiet at night and the pool/ hot tub were great! We loved the location to beaches and shopping/ restaurants. Communication with the owner was good but not all issues were resolved during our stay. Overall, we would stay in this place again and had a great time!

The place seems like home. We had everything we needed from Beach towels to bathroom towels and a clean and safe place for my family and I.We were very comfortable and Judith was informative and kept us to date with high tides and all.

We arrived after a long drive with our two young children, expecting to settle in and enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, it became clear almost immediately that the unit had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. We found hairs in the bathtub and then numerous hairs on every bed. As a parent, I could not allow my children to sleep in beds that appeared unclean. I initially tried to clean the space myself because my children were exhausted, but after seeing the condition of the beds, we decided we had to leave. What made this experience even more concerning was the host’s response. Rather than acknowledging the cleanliness issues, she repeatedly relied on footage from her Ring camera to dispute our account. We were never aware that our movements were being monitored, nor did we consent to ourselves, especially our young children—being recorded and then having that footage used against us. It felt like a serious invasion of our privacy. I explained that I hadn’t taken photos because I had already removed some of the hairs while trying, in good faith, to make the property suitable for my family. I wasn’t going to recreate the conditions simply for evidence. Instead of addressing our concerns, the host focused on disputing our timeline and repeatedly referenced the camera footage. I’m grateful we trusted our instincts and left after only a few hours. Between the cleanliness issues and the unsettling way our concerns were handled, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

This review is simply false and is just another attempt by them to get money from me. The guests’ story has changed repeatedly and now apparently comes down to alleged hair in the beds that they never photographed and never gave me a meaningful opportunity to investigate. These guests admit to using virtually every room and amenity and to leaving food, dishes and trash throughout the property, and only began demanding money and making ever-changing allegations approximately 30 minutes before checking out. My home, as always, was professionally cleaned before their arrival. As soon as I regained access, we documented the property’s condition with extensive time-stamped photos and videos, which the guests dismissed as “AI-generated” rather than providing any photos or evidence of their own. I never contacted VRBO about this; VRBO contacted me after the guests reached out to them. VRBO acknowledged that the guests provided no evidence, that I was not given sufficient time to investigate, and that I owed them no money. Also, an exterior Ring doorbell is standard for self-check-in properties. If the property had truly been in the one-star condition they now describe, it is difficult to understand why they never took a single photograph during the substantial time they spent there or raised these concerns earlier. My 10/10 reviews—including a glowing review from guests who checked out just two days before this stay—speak for themselves. I will not cave to harassment for money

Judy’s Condo in MalibuJudy’s condo is first class! The furnishings are the best. The king bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were provided. Small touches like water bottles next to each bed was much appreciated. The AC worked very well, as did the showers and kitchen appliances.The location for us was perfect. Next to Pepperdine University and the Malibu Country Mart. Across the PCH was a shopping area with CVS and Ralph’s. There are many stairs up to the entry and inside from first to second floor. However this was not a problem for us and we are in our late 70’s. The units are just off the PCH and there is traffic noise with the sliding doors open. However closing the doors blocks 99% of this noise. We didn’t use the pool but the pool and spa area looked great.I would highly recommend staying here, and Judy, the host, is a joy to work with. Very easy check-in and check-out, and she’s very quick to respond to all questions.

Wonderful

The property was perfectly clean and comfortable. Stylish as well. The host was always available and very responsive. Thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and more. The location is great. Plenty of easy parking. Close to the country mart for food and shopping. If you are a Pepperdine family the location doesn’t get any better. Walk to campus. Great outdoor spaces with ocean views.
